DMCA Policy for Dirty Chai Latte
Dirty Chai Latte respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. If you believe your copyright has been infringed on the Dirty Chai Latte platform, please follow the procedures outlined below.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringing Material
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on the Dirty Chai Latte platform infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

- **A statement that the information in the notification is accurate**, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- **A physical or electronic signature** of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- **Identification of the material that has been removed** or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- **A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification** of the material to be removed or disabled.
- **Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.**
- **A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court** in the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Dirty Chai Latte may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
- **Your physical or electronic signature.**
